That filing accuracy is improved and the time required to find and refile a medical record is significantly reduced
WHEN:
The alphabetic color-coding is expanded from the first two letters of the name to include the third letter of the last name.
WHAT TO DO NOW:
The self-adhesive XTEND-A-TAB (Model #4106) will create a place for that third letter on your existing patient charts. Simply attach the Xtend-A-Tab to your side tab folder as indicated
